Turkey Spinach and Apple Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground turkey
  • 1 whole apples peeled, cored and shredded finely
  • 1 ½ cup baby spinach finely chopped
  • 1 ½ cup Provolone cheese shredded
  • 1 cups fresh breadcrumbs*
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. It is best to use your hand for this.
  • Roll into medium sized balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.

  • Place into hot oven, flipping once after 20 minutes, and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until 165 degrees(f) internal temp
