Turkey Spinach and Apple Meatballs

- 2 lbs ground turkey
- 1 whole apples peeled, cored and shredded finely
- 1 ½ cup baby spinach finely chopped
- 1 ½ cup Provolone cheese shredded
- 1 cups fresh breadcrumbs*
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. It is best to use your hand for this.
Roll into medium sized balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Place into hot oven, flipping once after 20 minutes, and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until 165 degrees(f) internal temp
