Broccoli breakfast muffins
Ingredients
- 2 tsp Ghee softened + extra for greasing
- 1 cup Broccoli florets chopped
- 2 cup Almond flour
- 2 Eggs large
- 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tsp Nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a large muffin tin with ghee.
- Stir together all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl until it forms a thick batter.
- Spoon the mixture into the greased muffin tins. Bake for 30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
