Our story
We are Glenn and Sam, two individuals with a passion for health. Starting with an interest, moving to school, and into a career based around fitness, nutrition and wellness we are continually trying to improve the quality of our lives through the way we treat our body and brain.
Out of pure curiosity of how our bodies would react, we have tried many ways of eating. From paleo, gluten-free, Mediterranean, vegetarian to fasting, but we know in the end it comes down to the basics. It is the activity you involve yourself in, and the type of food you are consuming that leads to healthy brains and bodies.
While specific ways of eating may be beneficial, or even necessary for some, there is no magic diet. You get out what you put in. We aim to share our knowledge and resources, allowing you to improve your ability to make healthier choices, and be the best version of yourself.
